A Japanese bath has high sides so you can sit upright, read a book, sip a glass of something, or just soak. The dressing table doubles as a work desk, just in case you brought your work with you.

Two quality 3' single beds in a good sized room and all the usual Paignton RESIDENCE refinements.		 Two 3' single beds. Our guests often comment on how comfortable they are. Twin Room Three ensuite is compact. Although the shower is full-size. Twin Room Three is nice. It's situated to the middle of the building, away from the road.

Room Four

Now features a 4-poster bed, for those who prefer a little romance. Special Romance breaks available. Click here for more. 		Superior Room Four has a quality 4-Poster Bed and matching furniture. And a sea-view to the right. And leather tub chairs. And a coffee table. Room Four ensuite is built to a high specification. The whole style of Superior Room Four is comfortable, with pleasing colour schemes and fabrics and original artwork on the walls.

Room upgraded in Dec 2009, featuring more space, 26" LCD TV & bigger ensuite.		 Superior Room 6 is constructed and furnished to a superior standard. Do you like the artwork? When we refurbished and extended the room in 2009, we extended the ensuite for your extra comfort. Superior Room 6 has a chair bed, which is great for families of three.

Room Seven

 Standard Double Room on the top floor.

Features a larger ensuite than the other standard rooms.		 Standard Room Seven is in the middle of the building, set back from the road, on the second floor. The ensuite is spacious and has heated towel rail and complimentary quality shower gel and shampoo. Pine furniture, flatscreen digital TV with DVD player and a leather tub chair complete the look.

Features a sea view to the right.		 Standard Room Nine is a cosy room, with warm colours. Sea view to the right. The ensuite has everything you need, but may be a bit of a squeeze for some people. The dressing table doubles as a desk when required.
