Nice stay, very high
standard of cleanliness, breakfast excellent, bed was very
comfortable,
room a pleasure to return to after a long day out, the only slight
disappoint was the sea view,
besides that would recommend and would stay again ourselves, (if Piers
would have us).

Booked at the last minute on a whim, what a choice. We had a Superior Double
with the Japanese soaking tub and it was excellent. The breakfast was
beautifully served and very fresh. We will stay again as it was so peaceful
and relaxing, just what we were looking for and Piers was just what we

This hotel is in a prime location of all pubs, clubs, shops beach and many

My friend and I stayed in
August. It was friendly, efficient, clean, the room was very relaxing to
be in and one that you felt like returning to in the evening. And the bed
was very comfortable too, which is not always the case in small hotels.
The location couldn't be better - about as close to Paignton town centre
and the beach as you could get. Couldn't get the TV remote control to
work, but to be fair, it was so unimportant to us we forgot to mention it
to the manager while we were there, thereby denying him the opportunity to
fix it or show us how it worked. Full English Breakfast was nicely cooked.
Would definitely be my first choice if returning to the area for a visit.
