------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- On May 10th 2010 The Paignton Cosmopolitan officially became The P&M Paignton RESIDENCE. Why did we change the name? When we took over the Hotel Fiesta in 2006 we wanted a complete break from the past. This meant not just a change of name, telephone number and signage at the front but a complete rebranding to something that we aspired to, to create a B & B with a cosmopolitan ambience to it, to reflect what the property could, in time, become. We think we've achieved that objective so now it's time, as we enter our fifth year here, to set new objectives that stretch us and make us perform better. The name RESIDENCE comes from the fact that the building we occupy was, when it was originally built, a gentleman's residence. We want The P&M Paignton RESIDENCE to become your residence in Paignton. Our Service Commitment The P&M Paignton RESIDENCE is an 8-bedroom Paignton Bed and Breakfast accommodation provider, providing modern, refurbished (we hesitate to use the word "boutique") accommodation comparable in quality to much larger 3 & 4* Paignton and Torquay hotels. The Paignton RESIDENCE offers feature rooms with Personal Sauna or Japanese Bath or 4-Poster bed, superior rooms with partial sea views or standard double rooms & twin room, all on a B & B basis. We don't offer evening meals, nor 24hr service. We do offer personal, professional service and high standards. Our business philosophy is simple: Continuous Improvement towards our goal of becoming a 5* Paignton Bed & Breakfast provider.
